Candidate Prerequisites

All conditions must be met before submitting

3+ Years of Experience The referred broker must have a minimum of 3 years active experience in insurance brokerage.

Applied & Compuquote Must already know and have hands-on experience with both broker management platforms.

Full-Time Only No part-time arrangements are accepted. The candidate must be available and committed full-time.

Commission-Based Position The candidate must be aware and agree that this role is 100% commission-based with no base salary.

Referrals that do not meet these criteria will not be processed and no bonus will be issued.
